Our Process

We want you to know every step before you take it. Trust is built on truth and transparency and that’s what we want to have with every client we work with. 1. Discovery

The first phase of our process is educating ourselves about you, your needs, your culture, and your vision. We call this the Discovery stage.

• Receive your RFP
• Discovery video call
• Assess your budget
• Assess your needs and scope
• Educate ourselves about you and your vision
• We submit a project charter documenting our understanding of your project needs

2. Development

At the Development stage, we look holistically at not just your project but how we can elevate your entire experience moving forward. We view every project with the lens of investing in long term improvement in you and your brand. Checkout some of Our Work to see what we’ve done to help elevate our client’s stories.

• Our comprehensive proposal deck submission
• Our initial concepts
• Initial renderings and artistic ideation
• Invest in our partnership: Letter of Intent mutually signed.
• Project Charter sent to you
• We have a follow-up call to discuss your feedback and answer any questions
• Together we agree to move forward with a contract/or not

3. Deployment

The Deployment stage is where we execute the plan we’ve made together. We manage every aspect of your AV production experience from load in, to running the show, to loading out. We take special care to communicate with you along the way to make sure you feel secure in every step of your project. A great example is our work with NIKE. 

• Manage all venue requirements and deadlines regarding AV
• Event logistics
• Labor management including unions (as required)
• Show production & execution
• Content creation, scripts, schedules, etc.
• Lighting, sound, video, and streaming management
• Breakout meetings and special events

4. Debrief

This is one of our favorite stages at SPL. We look forward to receiving feedback, not only to benefit you, but also to help us optimize our performance and maintain our place amongst the leading audio visual companies out there.
